This was THE BEST place for hamburgers & sandwiches IN Lakewood Wa. SO WHAT HAPPEN HERE WHY GONE??????

I love the burgers here... I delayed coming for a long time because the whole "wait outside thing"... Haha... I'm glad I finally went, and I've been coming whenever I'm in town and hungry...

It was nice to try something different. Since this is located near base, I do want to say they have a military discount. Even without the discount I think the price are pretty good. I am giving them a three star rating because it took a little to get my order and when I finally did, they had it wrong. However, they did fix it and they were nice a expedient about it. Like I said, great place to try if you're bored with the same old burger joints!

Another one of the top 10 burger places in Tacoma, they're a bit spendy but well worth it!

This place is always a great experience. Burgers, garlic fries, and shakes can't beat it! This time I tried their banana split milkshake I had to take a pic a the traffic light because it didn't make it home yum... And customer service was a triple plus. Thank you

I really like this place! After being here numerous times I've inferred that the only thing I don't like about this place is the prices... I get it's family owned and all, but just know you'll be paying a bit higher than a fast food spot for your meal.Thankfully the food is well worth the price in my opinion! I love the barbeque burger and their garlic fries!

Good food - never open when you want to go. The burgers are amazing here. Well, basically everything is. It's pretty simple food but made with very good ingredients and executed reliably. The fresh fruit milkshakes are also notable. Too bad they have weird hours now and seem to always be closed when I want to go.

Fantastic (although not huge) burgers with a classic PNW secret sauce. It's great on burgers, but grab an extra for fry dipping as well! Shakes are also out of this world!

Yes, you'll be paying 6-8 dollars for a meal here, but you do everywhere else and this isn't fast food. The fries are spectacular, the shakes are real, and the burgers are very tasty. Highly recommended. Try it for yourself and decide if it's worth it to you.(Sorry I only have a picture of the regular burger).

Not bad to just try it out. But you'll end up paying almost 6$ for a 2 maybe 3$ burger... Tasted like a regular frozen patty burger with a toasted bun, lettuce and mayo... not worth 6$ any day! Staff is very nice friendly local people though. clean place too!!

I'd easily call this my favorite burger joint (since the PNW has yet to grant me my undying wish for an In N' Out)! Great service, although location is a little less than ideal. You can really tell that someone made the burger- none of that "fresh-frozen" BS you'd get from a McDonalds. Their fries and milkshakes are really good too! Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a decent bite to eat

This is the spot. The milkshakes are worth every damn cent! The cherry one tastes like cherry cheesecake. Yes it does!! The people who work here are super friendly, funny and happy to make your day yummy! Plus there's a skate park right across the street! Yes, do yourself a favor.

Food was a little pricey for what you get. It was over $12 with a drink and onion rings.But the food was good. Outdoor seating. Or to go.

$$$Worth it. Great, small place for burgers and shakes. They have hot dogs and other things but burgers and shakes are all I've tried so far. Today was my 2nd time going and the staff is friendly, burger is better than In-N-Out & I wish they had UberEats so I can order for dinner w/o having to drive. Definitely a place to try at least once. I'm surprised this isn't more popular.. or maybe I've been lucky to show up at just the right time. I posted about this place on my fb the first day I tried them & even told my friends who work close by but have never been. Everything is fresh. No frozen meat. You sit outside or order to go. This time of year is great for a shake, burger and fries outside though I will still order to go in the pouring rain. I can't say more about this place. It's become my favorite place to eat in Washington.. & if they ever decide to make a local commercial or more advertising I'd love to be spokeswoman!!!🤩😍

First time eating here, used UberEats. I got the Fair burger and fries. I wanted to try the garlic fries but we had our food delivered at work and garlic in customer service...not such a good idea ;-) Burger was AMAZING. Sauteed onions were on point. I didn't read the full description, however. I would have opted out of the mustard - not a good match with the onions on this one. Otherwise, so yummy. Fries were also great!

We will be back! Family left satisfied, except for sodas that had way too much ice and not enough soda. Malts, shakes, burgers were excellent.

This place has a news article posted in the front window boasting the best burgers in Pierce County and rightfully so. Delicious old-fashioned style burgers, shakes, malts, and fries! Super friendly staff that remembers and treats their repeat customers right. Outdoor seating only. They also have a drive through coffee stand up so you can get your caffeine buzz, too!

It was okay. 1 double cheeseburger and 2 regular cheeseburgers 2 fries and 2 shakes was over 30 bucks. With forgetting one of the patties on the double. Not mad about it but it did taste good and the shakes were good consistency. I just can’t see my self going that often. I would rather drive to dicks burgers for same quality but half the price!

Although I am from the area I’ve never tried this particular joint!
